FAQ about my Online Coaching 

When I first started my fitness career back in 2012, I hired a coach/trainer to prepare me for my bodybuilding competition. Not only I learned a lot but kept me accountable with my fitness goals.
Q: Who is John Pangan Online Coaching for?
A: For men and women who want to get in the best shape of their lives—for the rest of their lives. Typically, my trainees have more weight to lose than they’d like, guys and gals who have struggled with weight all their lives. It’s also for people with busy schedules who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.
The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. I don’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, I help my trainees build the habits they need to get results that last forever. Nothing sexy, but highly effective.
My goal is to empower you and educate you with the knowledge to continue to make sustainable improvements to you health and fitness even after our coaching has ended.
Q: Who is my Online Coaching NOT for?
A: my online coaching program is not for people looking for quick solutions or miracle pills. It takes time and effort to see results. Nothing like train insaine quotes you seen thrown around but you will need to focus on your food choices and break a sweat from time to time. Nothing worth is comes for free 
Q: Will John Pangan Online Coaching work for me?
A: If you follow through and apply yourself to my effective programing you will 100% see results. The goal is to help you build the habits necessary to make long term changes to your health. : 
Changing your body isn’t easy, but it is possible.
Want to lose weight? Eat better? Feel less stressed? Get more sleep?
Once you make the commitment to get in better shape, I’ll be with you every step of the way. When life pushes you around and difficulties come up, ill help you push back and make the necessary adaptions to contue to see results 
Q: Do you really guarantee results?
A: Absolutely. I guarantee my work because it’s the right thing to do. Stick with me for 3 months and follow my recommendations. If you don’t get what you’re looking for at the end, I will give you a full refund.
Q: Do you give me a meal plan?
A: Yes & now , I don’t give you a plan that you have to follow 100%
I give you a “sample meal plan” to help you get started, think if it as training wheels. However the goal of my online coaching is to empower you to make your own choices and eat whatever foods you want & still see amazing results.
This is because people often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal. You get to choose—with my help–which foods are best for you, when to eat those foods, and how much to eat of them.
Q:Why coaching? Can’t I just pick up a diet book? Or read some online articles for free?
A: If you take an honest look at your life—and at the lives of the people you most respect and admire—you’ll notice something interesting.
As human beings, we’re rarely ever transformed by reading more books or articles. Or from watching a documentary. Or from taking a class.
Instead, most transformative change happens through a real relationship with another human being—usually a coach or a mentor.
Sure, you’re welcome to try that approach I send free diet and tips weekly, but these don’t come with the accountability and support my coaching model offers. Which at the end of the day is what 99% of people really need.
Q: I’m a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?
A: Yes. Ive worked with lots of people who are new to exercise and healthy eating.
Remember, we were all beginners at some point.
What you’ll notice is that my clients come in all shapes and sizes, are all ages, and come from all different backgrounds. The scientific principals are the same no matter what your background is, it’s as simple as manipulating the variables to your specific needs.
Q: I’m NOT a beginner. Will your coaching work for me?
A: Lots of my trainees have 5+ years of experience with consistent training and healthy eating. And they still get great results.
Oftentimes, people with a lot of experience enjoy handing the reins over for a while. I take care of the nutrition and exercise programming so they can focus on improving other parts of their lives.
Q: I’m interested in building muscle. Is this for me?
A: Yes. I have custom exercise programming and nutrition habits for people who want to gain muscle.
Q. I read that you require progress photos. Do I have to submit those?
A: Well, technically, i don’t require progress photos, but visually documenting your journey is an important measuring tool.
(It’s also important for me as your coach to see what’s happening).
Not to mention I’ve never had someone regret taking one, but every single person who hasn’t regrets not doing it to see the dramatic changes they’ve made 
Q. How much will this cost me?
I offer a few different packages depending on what your needs are. Some people are looking for a bit of guidance and others either desire or need much more direction, support, and accountability from me. But there is a cost. I don’t work for free. Online training packages range from $150-400 per month.
Q. Will I have to spend a lot of money on food and supplements?
A: When it comes to food, most clients actually end up saving money on their grocery bills.
This is because they make more informed, careful decisions, eat out less, and spend fewer dollars on processed novelty foods, replacing them with whole, delicious natural foods.
As for supplements, I often don’t recommend many & if I do they are completely optional 
However occasionally some health-oriented products, based on your unique needs and goals may be recommended ( fish oils, multivitamin, protein powder)
Q: Will I need to join a gym?
A: Nope, you don’t have to join a gym to be successful with my Coaching.
All the exercise programs can be performed at a gym or at home.
