Most people assume that they need to do endless amount of running 🏃 (aka cardio) in order to lose fat. But in the hierarchy of fat loss pyramid that’s the least important. The most important step is your diet. I can’t emphasize enough that you must eat less than what you are able to burn. That means be in a caloric deficit. The second important step of the fat loss pyramid hierarchy is recovery. Need proper 😴. The third step of the fat loss hierarchy is to incorporate resistance training. Muscles burn 3x faster than fat. The fourth important step of the fat loss pyramid hierarchy is incorporate some HIIT or high intensity interval training.
Again, the least important is 🏃. You will still lose fat but it’s not optimal.
