Do you ever know a person that got fat from eating fruits? Well, I don’t know one person that gain weight from eating fruits. If he or she did, it’s a combination of eating other foods. Like their Taco 🌮 Tuesday, their after work happy hour Margarita drinks, their Starbucks white mocha frappuccino or those In-N-Out 🍔 they eat during the weekends. You get the point. Most likely that person also eat in caloric surplus and have a sedentary lifestyle for a long time.
