Feeling sick! Should you still train?

You can still train but its recommended to train at a lower intensity cardio and light activity. Low intensity training while your feeling sick has shown to boost the immune system and help with recovery. High intensity training is not recommended when you are feeling sick. You won’t lose your gains from taking a few days off from training. Prioritizing recovery and getting proper rest will help you get back on track quickly.
