Motivation comes and goes, habits and rituals is what keeps you consistent!

Let’s face it! Being stuck at home like a cage animal is not fun. It’s so easy to lose motivation and just not do anything. So, it’s really important that you have your self a set schedule. For me I still wake up around 5:30a or earlier. (Same time like I usually do before the quarantine). Then a short 3 to 5 minutes of meditation 🧘‍♂️. Focusing on just feeling grateful. If you feel grateful, you can’t be sad, angry or depressed. It sets a good tone of what your day is going to be. Then my day begins at 6a with my 25 min IG Live Bodyweight Session Challenge (Instagram Acct- @johnpanganfitness). This challenge will go on until the quarantine is over. Depending on the day, I will have scheduled 1 on 1 virtual sessions with my trainees, talking to prospective trainees, have my own training session (5x a week), marketing my business, etc until 8p. As I learned, that discipline equals freedom. You will accomplish more out of life if you have a set schedule.

Starting next Monday, 4/13/20, I excited to bring a new 30 day Lean & Quarantine Challenge. This is called, “John Pangan Fitness Lean & Quarantine Challenge 4.13 to 5.12.
