Are you part of the 3%?

According to a large survey that was done in North America, only 3% of people meet this four basic combination of a healthy basic lifestyle tasks:

1. Don’t smoke tobacco

2. Eat 5 servings of fruits 🍉/ veggies 🌶 a day

3. Exercise 5 times a week for 30 minutes

4. Maintain a healthy body weight

If you are not part of the 3%, just focus on these 4 basic tasks.
