How to stay active during vacation

Let’s face it, it’s not easy to stay on your diet while you are on vacation. But, at least you can stay active.

1. I always make sure that the hotel I stay at has a gym. Just don’t make any excuses and schedule a training session. Even if it just 20 to 30 minutes. It’s a great way to start your day.

2. Ride a bike. It’s a fun way to see the sights while incorporating cardio.

3. Get your steps in. You will be surprised how easily you can accumulate 10k Steps a day.
